VValleyKeep

Running in an afternoon

Three steps, and the calendar starts protecting itself.

  1. Add the property

The address, the owner, the time zone. Check-in and check-out are local to the building, not to wherever you happen to be sitting.

  2. Add the units

What a guest actually books. Bedrooms, baths, how many it sleeps, the nightly rate and your minimum stay. A whole home is still one unit — that is what makes adding a casita painless later.

  3. Connect your channels

Paste ValleyKeep’s calendar address into Airbnb or VRBO, and paste theirs back in. From then on, a night sold anywhere is blocked everywhere.

What happens on the day

Open the calendar and the month reads at a glance: who is in, what is free, where a turnover lands. Take a booking and ValleyKeep checks the dates before it saves — if they clash, it tells you exactly which stay stands in the way.

Meanwhile the channels keep each other honest. Your feed goes out, theirs comes in, and neither can sell a night the other already sold.
