Properties and units
An address, and the things you rent inside it. Whole home, casita, duplex side, a room — each with its own rate, occupancy and stay rules. Half-baths included, because “2.5” is real listing data.
Everything here exists because getting it wrong costs a booking, a cleaner, or a guest.

Units down the side, days across the top. A bar per stay, spanning exactly the nights sold. Same-day turnovers show as two touching bars — no gap, no overlap.
Checked on the server on every save, so two browser tabs cannot slip past it. A clash names the conflicting booking, its guest and its dates, so you can settle it on the phone.
Publish each unit’s calendar to Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.com, and import theirs. Re-polling never duplicates a stay, and an import that would land on a direct booking is refused, not forced.
The nightly rate is copied onto the booking when it is made. Re-pricing a unit next season cannot rewrite what a guest already agreed to pay.
Lockbox codes and gate instructions live on the unit and are staff-only. Your published calendar carries dates and nothing else — no guest names, no emails.
